Concealed Shower Kits has an imported fine-tuning thermostatic valve core built in, which can control the outlet water temperature within the range of ±0.5℃, and can be set to 45℃ at the highest. It also supports a 38℃ anti-scalding lock function, real-time monitoring of the pressure difference between hot and cold water, and eliminates the situation of hot and cold, ensuring comfortable and safe bathing. The system has passed the durability test of a national testing agency for more than 50,000 switching cycles.
Flexible switching - multi-channel water outlet design
Concealed Shower Kits integrates 2 to 4 independent channels. Users can smoothly switch between top spray, handheld or side spray modes through the panel knob according to their needs. The rotation torque is professionally calibrated, with a twist of ≤1.2Nm, ensuring smooth switching without jamming. The longest hose can be extended to 1.7 meters to meet the needs of people of different heights.
Corrosion and pressure resistance – high-strength materials
The main valve body uses SUS304 stainless steel inner valve with high-end copper alloy shell. After 72 hours of neutral salt spray test, no rust is generated on the exposed surface; the design rated working pressure is 16bar, and the maximum pressure can reach 25bar, which is suitable for special water pressure environments such as high-rise residential buildings and seaside villas.
Easy-to-clean panel – flat integrated process
The Concealed Shower Kits panel adopts an integrated injection molding process, and the surface anti-fingerprint coating has a hardness of HV3, and there is no visible scratch after 30 times of wear and scratching. The joint between the panel and the wall is ≤0.3mm to avoid scale breeding. Ordinary water or neutral detergent can restore the brightness to new.
Modular installation – fast embedded system
Concealed Shower Kits are equipped with standardized embedded boxes and adjustable height brackets, suitable for international common wall thickness, and the center distance of hot and cold water is 150±20mm. After the ceiling is suspended on site, you only need to open the panel cover and complete the pipeline connection to start water debugging. The average installation time does not exceed 1 hour.
