How To Remove Restrictor From Shower Head

A Shower head flow restrictor is a small component installed inside the shower head to limit water flow. Turn on the water and test the shower head to confirm that the water flow has improved. In many cases, removing the restrictor increases the flow rate and provides stronger water pressure.
